It wasn’t until I enrolled in our college’s Masters in Hawaiian Language and Literature program that I developed an interest in my Irish roots. Go figure. My wife and I are planning a trip next summer to Ireland, and enroll in some intensive Irish Gaelic classes at Oideas Gael in County Donegal.

You don’t see the process, the demo tracks, the flubs, who’s playing tonsil hockey with the lead singer’s unit as he’s cutting the vocals and everything else that goes into making a CD (I bet it will be a while before you get that mental picture out of your head).
